On Disk

Texas Student Publications can accept your files in a number of ways. Most commonly, customers can send their files on Zip disks or CDs. If a file is small enough to fit onto a floppy disk, it is much more convenient to email it as an attachment. Be sure to include all images, fonts, and pages before submitting your disk.

Electronically

We are also able to accept files electronically via email or by FTP. If you have a broadband or high speed connection, this is a very efficient method.

The files can be placed in a folder and compressed with a program such as DropStuff or ZipIt that will reduce the size of the file dramatically and allow it to transfer more readily. These programs will also aid in squeezing more files on a floppy or Zip disk.
